When will my order arrive?

Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept defective and non-defective returns and exchanges for new, unused items requested within 30 days after delivery. Approved mail returns receive a free label, have no restocking fee, and refunds are processed within 10 days after approval.
